Well, many of you know that I cut, split and stack my own wood for winter. I'm halfway done with storing my wood for next year, which is actually good because I'm ahead of where I was last year at this time. Things, as usual, are crazy around my house. The kids are winding up their school year, and ballet lessons. I've had a non-stop rotating door for relative visits lately as well. I went whale watching last weekend with my brother-in-law and saw a Fin whale and Meinke whale. Not sure if I got the spelling on that second one right or not. As for writing, I've been splitting my time between editing and creating new stuff. I feel like I've had weights around my ankles lately when it comes to getting anything done with my career. Once wood cutting season is past, things should pick up for me, unless I go back to my roofing project.
